Desired candidate’s profile : Graduate or MBA , EX- SERVICEMAN RETIRED FROM THE RANK OF MAJOR OR EQUIVELANT FROM INDIAN ARMY (SHORT COMMISSIONER SERVICES), soft spoken, good communication skill, pleasant personality, computer savvy, fresher and preferable experience of 02 – 03 years in real estate company. The Candidate must have his own conveyance.

7. Selection mode- off campus.
-Report to Branch Head/ Key Accounts Manager/ General Manager at Head Office or to reporting officer on daily basis and keep update with the site operation of your assigned Sites Also, in the event of any major/minor breakdown, which would adversely impact the facility.(Refer escalation & infor. flow chart) Ensure all the activities under Integrated Facility Management are functioning smoothly as per the daily schedule.
-Higher priorities & focus on working of the staff deployed at your assigned sites, office discipline and etiquettes, scheduled planning and site monitoring / site daily / weekly reports, clients meeting and ending up their quires.
-Plan for weekly site visit / meeting with client on mandatory basis or on client desire (rational requirement).
-Ensure that all site operations are smooth and facility being maintained healthy.
-Taking reports from staff deployed at Sites and managing / monitoring about any deviation in their schedule / site smooth operation.
-Maintenance and inspection of check list/ site reports during site visit.
-Periodical round with AFM/ Supervisors for the building inspection and modification of systems/procedures
