Job Requirement | Centre Incharge: Job Purpose: Responsible for generating new business, develop new Business accounts, Identify potential opportunities at various levels. Cold call as appropriate within market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network. Main Features: To plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with DISA, generate new Accounts / clients, Trainee Acquisition. Manage execution of sales leads and coordinate with internal teams to best address client needs, Achieve Defined Revenue targets. Preparing pitch materials for client presentations and meetings drawing from a cross section of the companys relevant practice group experience Work with marketing team to provide marketing support to key clients Ensure client satisfaction with rapid delivery and answering any question, improve an organizations market position and achieve financial growth. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion & use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with DISA operations. Enhances DISA reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Job dimension: Strengthening the skills of other staff through training, mentoring, coaching and peer review and feedback on proposals. Builds positive relationships, cooperates with and values the opinions of others, both within and outside the organization, demonstrating an understanding of and commitment to effective team working and partnerships. Skills Required: Must have excellent presentation skills, which trigger more sales and business. |
