1. Recruitment: Proficient in Entire Life Cycle of Recruitment Process (sourcing, Screening, Short Listing, Interviewing, Selection and Induction). Designing Job Descriptions and Specifications for all Jobs as per Organizational Requirement and Managementâ€™s Approval.
2. Induction and Joining Formalities: Give the Corporate Presentation and Basic Orientation to the Joiners, and have all the Joining Formalities Completed.
3. Exit Formalities: Defining Exit Process for the Company â€“ Managing all Kinds of Exit Interviews, Analyzing Interviews Reports, Reasons for Attrition and Sharing the Factual with the Management On Regular Basis.
4. Performance Management and Appraisal System: Ensure Execution of the Performance Process. Ensure Timely Completion of Appraisals and Collation of Appraisal Data. Planning with Departmental Heads for % of Increment to Be Given as per Individual Performance, and Maintaining Database.
5. Training and Development: Identifying the Specific Training Needs of Employees Through Performance Reviews, New Project Requirements and By Regular Interaction with the Departmental Heads, Make Arrangements for Training Requirements. Evaluate the Effectiveness of Training Program.
6. Compensation and Statutory Compliances: Proficient in Handling Entire Payroll Process from Preparation of Monthly Payroll Statement to Disbursement of Salary Cheques. Hands On Experience in Preparation and Submission of Epf,Tds and Esi Challens, Monthly and Annual Pf and Esi Returns (form 12a, Form 5&10, Form 3a, Form 6a). Deduction and Submission of Ptax
7. Employee Relations/engagement Activities: Clarifying Issues Related to Company Policies, Handle Employeesâ€™ Related Grievance and Take Proactive Decisions to Facilitate Better Working Environment. Initiate Employee-bonding Programs. Acting as a Bond Between Employees and the Management.
